Participation at boot Düsseldorf to represent the project and interview key stakeholders on what’s still missing in the boatbuilding industry to accelerate a real green transition.
⚓️February – March
Finalisation of the interviews and consolidation of previous findings into a concise report on the New Deep Tech Skill Set. Have you read it? It is uploaded on www.teconaut.eu
⚓️April
Participation at the PALMA BOAT SHOW-PIBS, presenting the upcoming course to stakeholders and the broader public with Sea Teach and ASOCIACION NACIONAL DE EMPRESAS NAUTICAS.
⚓️May
Continued development of the Sustainability Boatbuilding course.
⚓️June
First complete course structure finalised and reviewed by external professionals.
⚓️July
Big-scale project representation!
TEcoNaut travelled to the ICOMIA and IFBSO International Federation of Boat Show Organisers Congress with ASOCIACION NACIONAL DE EMPRESAS NAUTICAS and the European Boating Industry. At the same time, partners from the European Boating Industry, Gdańsk University of Technology, and POLBOAT – The Polish Chamber of Marine Industry and Water Sports highlighted the project’s results and ambitions during a panel discussion at the Polboat Yachting Festival.
⚓️August
Start of in-depth research on existing and emerging deep-tech materials for the boatbuilding sector.
⚓️September
The course syllabus and Teachers’ Handbook structure were finalised, while universities and VET centres joined the Knowledge Transfer Workshop at INNOVATION YACHTS in France.
⚓️October
Partners reunited in beautiful Gdansk to plan next steps and celebrate major achievements.
⚓️November
Final polishing of the course and organisation of a Skills Shadowing workshop at INNOVATION YACHTS with CRN Nàutica Centre de la Mar del SOIB and Gölcük Mtal
⚓️December
Second Skills Shadowing organised at GREENBOATS, alongside translations and final course preparations.
